By using ChatKimi (chatkimi.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

ChatKimi is a small, experimental chat client provided as a public beta. Access to the chat requires a password provided by the operator.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ChatKimi to do anything unlawful, to attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service, or to generate content that violates the AI provider's usage policies.

Your content

You are responsible for the messages you submit and for how you use the responses. Your chat history is stored in your own browser; you are responsible for exporting backups of anything you don't want to lose.

Third-party AI

Responses are generated by a third-party AI model via Kimi API technology. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate — use your own judgment and verify important information. ChatKimi is independent and not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Moonshot AI or Kimi.

Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis and may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice.

No warranty

ChatKimi is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of ChatKimi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
