Chat Kim-E is a public beta run by one person. There is no ticket queue and no bot — messages are read and answered by the operator, usually within a few days.

What to write about

Something is broken

Say what you were doing, what happened, and which app you were in (web, iPhone, or Android). If a reply failed, the time it happened is enough for it to be found in the server logs — please don't paste the conversation, and never paste your password.

Billing, cancelling, or a refund

Subscriptions are charged by Apple, Google, or the web store, so cancellations and refunds are handled there, not here. Cancel in App Store → Subscriptions, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or through the management link in Settings → Account. If you have cancelled or paid and the app still shows the wrong thing, press Refresh purchase first — and if that doesn't fix it, write and it will be sorted out.

Your data

You don't need to ask for a copy or a deletion of your cloud conversations — Settings → Account has Download my cloud data and Delete my cloud data, and both work straight away. To delete your whole account, including your email address, write from the address on the account and it will be done, with confirmation when it's finished.

If the companion said something harmful, dishonest, pressuring, or unsafe, please report it. That is the most useful message anyone can send during a beta. A description of what it said is enough — you never have to send the conversation itself.

A security or privacy problem

Report it privately to the same address, with enough detail to reproduce it, and please give it a reasonable chance to be fixed before sharing it publicly. Reports made in good faith are welcome, not a problem.

Trouble creating an account

Anyone can create an account from the sign-in page — there's no invite or waitlist. If account creation is rejected or the page behaves unexpectedly, write in with what you tried and what happened.

What this is not

Chat Kim-E is a companion app, not a crisis service. Nobody monitors this inbox out of hours. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line — that reaches a person immediately, and this address does not.
