Account deletion

Delete your cloud data now

Sign in to Chat Kim-E on the web, open Settings, and choose Delete my cloud data. Confirm the prompt to remove your account's synced conversations, cloud backups, and companion setup data.

This does not remove local copies already stored in a browser, iPhone, or Android device. Use the app's chat deletion and backup controls to remove those copies too.

Close the account

To close the Chat Kim-E account itself, contact the operator using the Contact page from the email address on the account. Include “Account deletion request” in the subject. We will verify ownership, close the account, invalidate its sessions, and remove its account-scoped cloud data. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through Apple or Google; closing an account does not refund an app-store purchase.

What remains

Local exports, screenshots, or other copies you saved outside Chat Kim-E are not accessible to the service and cannot be deleted by it. Limited operational records may be retained where needed for security, abuse prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
