Delete your Chat Kim-E account

Delete from the app

Sign in to Chat Kim-E on the web, iPhone, or Android, open Settings, and choose Delete my account. Confirm the permanent deletion when asked. You can download your cloud data first from the same Account section.

What deletion removes

Deletion immediately removes the Chat Kim-E account identity and credentials, password-reset links, cloud conversations and backups, saved companion memories and preferences, and personal model-usage history. It also signs the account out on every device. The address can be registered again later as a new account.

What stays on your devices

Chats and other data already stored locally on a phone or in a browser remain on devices you control. Deleting the account does not erase those local copies; use each app's existing local reset or delete controls if you want to remove them too.

AI provider data

Chat Kim-E sends prompts to the configured AI provider to generate replies. This deletion request does not control copies the provider may retain under its own terms and privacy policy. Please review the provider's policy for that data.

Request deletion without installing the app

If you cannot use the app, contact Chat Kim-E and include the account email address so we can verify the request and help you complete deletion. Do not send your password or a password-reset link. If you can sign in on the web, the in-app account control is the fastest option.
